working principle

XZS series wave shaft screen uses the organic combination of round roller and diamond roller, and uses the screen body composed of one or more round roller and diamond roller with inclination angle to realize screening through the rolling of roller. Due to the unique structure of the screen surface, the relative position of the screen hole is in dynamic change within a certain range on the premise of keeping the size of the screen hole unchanged. Due to the unique structure of the roller, the material moves forward on the screen surface and constantly produces up and down disturbances. Especially, the wet sticky material can be loosened without vibration, and the fine particles quickly reach the screen surface, and then quickly penetrate the screen.
