Purpose and characteristics

GFS series high amplitude vibrating screen uses large amplitude, large vibration intensity, low vibration frequency and self-cleaning screen surface to complete the screening process of wet and sticky materials. Its structure and characteristics are as follows:
1、 Sectional screening and screening machine do not vibrate as a whole, and the screen vibrates
Unlike the traditional vibrating screen, the high-amplitude screen does not participate in the vibration as a whole. The side plate, top cover and base of the screen machine are fixed parts. Only the screen and vibration exciter assembly participate in the vibration.
2、 Self-cleaning screen surface
The screen of the high amplitude screen is composed of special steel bars and frames. The bars are arranged longitudinally. In addition to the vibration of the whole screen, each bar also has a movable gap and is subject to secondary vibration, which can largely eliminate the binding problem of wet sticky raw coal to the screen.
3、 Closed structure
The high amplitude screen is generally made into a closed structure in the industrial and mining conditions of coal-fired power plants, so that the dust can not escape, thus responding to the environmental protection requirements.
4、 Larger amplitude and smaller dynamic load
The high amplitude screen adopts the process feature of screen body not vibrating but screen vibrating, so the dynamic stress of the screen can be reduced, so the amplitude can be greatly increased, but the dynamic load can be greatly reduced.
5、 Less power
Since the moving parts of the high amplitude screen are few and the vibration mass is small, its power can be reduced. Compared with the traditional screen machine, the power can be reduced by more than twice.
6、 Unique PLC control system
The high amplitude screen is generally driven by 1 to 6 motors. The starting time interval of each motor is 6 to 8 seconds. It starts in the clockwise direction and stops in the reverse direction to achieve the purpose of starting without load. No material is stored on the screen machine to facilitate observation and maintenance. Therefore, PLC is used to control a series of actions such as starting, stopping, manual and remote control of the whole equipment.
7、 Maintainability
There are few parts of the high amplitude screen that participate in the vibration. Only the screen and vibration exciter assembly participate in the vibration. Therefore, we make it into modular and standardized parts for rapid replacement of the whole, ground maintenance, greatly shorten the online maintenance time, and win time for production.
8、 Low operating cost
The high amplitude screen has few vibrating parts, small mass of vibrating parts and small power. It is the smaller power of all sieve machines. The screen bar is a vulnerable part of the high amplitude screen, and the cost of the bar is low. The low operating cost of the high-amplitude screen is incomparable with the traditional screen machine, and the high-amplitude screen can save money for users to a large extent.
