working principle

The banana multi-section linear screen adopts the double-motor self-synchronization technology, and the universal eccentric fast and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, support system and motor. The vibration exciter drives two unrelated vibrators to operate synchronously and reversely. The centrifugal force generated by the two groups of eccentric masses is superimposed along the component force of the vibration direction and counter-centrifugally offset, so as to form a single vibration exciter along the vibration defense line and make the case move in a repeated straight line.
