working principle
This product adopts pulse arch breaking method, and its arch breaking effect depends on the volume of the gas storage tank, working pressure, outlet diameter, gas flow resistance, full opening time of the outlet and other factors. Open the control valve to inflate the air reservoir of the arch breaker, and stop inflating the arch breaker after the air source pressure reaches (4-8kg/㎡); During reverse air release, the arch breaker will act instantaneously, and the compressed gas in the tank will be rapidly discharged from the nozzle of the arch breaker to the warehouse through the nozzle to complete the arch breaking process, and the above process will be repeated until the blocked material is dredged.
