working principle
1. The main technical structure is a two-shaft integrated box-type vibration exciter, four sets of rolling bearings carry two vibrating crankshafts, and two motors with the same power and speed are used for universal flexible connection. The two vibration shafts running in opposite directions are self-synchronous and forced to vibrate in a straight line, so that the material jumps forward on the bottom plate of the feeder trough at a 35 ° throwing angle, 960 times per minute, and the amplitude is 6-8mm each time. In order to ensure that the output can be expanded in the later stage, the 160 box type vibration exciter is used with the main machine.
2. The fastening bolts between the vibration exciter and the tank body must be interference riveted bolts.
3. The box-type vibration exciter crankshaft is a thickened crankshaft with thickened central curved surface, and the whole 45 # steel is cast and processed.
4. The motor base and spring support are designed to be disconnected and can be adjusted for inclination.

The GZM series feeder is a reflection of the shortcomings of several feeders in the market. On the basis of the original technical characteristics of the GZY type vibration box, a pair of gears was canceled, and one motor drive was changed to two self-synchronization, but the motor power was not increased. After canceling the gear, the disadvantages caused by loud noise of the feeder, gear tooth tapping, and the need for wet lubrication, such as oil leakage and environmental pollution, are overcome. It overcomes the forced feature that GZY vibration exciter is horizontally installed on the feeder tank, resulting in a long track of up and down vibration frequency, which makes the material jump up and down a lot and cannot be thrown around.
GZM installs the vibration box at 35 ° on the tank body to make the material jump forward and upward according to the 35 ° track. Make full use of the vibration force. Because of this improvement, the conveying capacity is improved, the noise and resonance are reduced, and the damage to the foundation and equipment itself is caused.
