working principle
The dual-mass activation feeder transmits the excitation force of the second mass to the first mass through the energy storage spring, so that the first mass can work in balance, and the first mass will not be subject to the unbalanced vibration caused by the impact force, so as to reduce the damage to the first mass. The special principle design integrates the two functions of activating materials and feeding to ensure the smooth fall of materials. The unique structure design greatly reduces the installation height and difficulty of equipment and saves expensive civil engineering costs compared with belt coal feeder, impeller coal feeder and ring coal feeder. When the motor is stopped, the material is automatically locked, and no gate is required. The blanking amount can be adjusted online without limit, with high adjustment accuracy.
