PZ seat heavy disc feeder

1、 Applicable scope

1. PZ series seat heavy disc feeder is designed and manufactured according to the standard of JB3667-84PZ disc feeder mechanical department prepared in 1984 by the joint working group entrusted by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and participated by our factory. This machine is an auxiliary equipment in the material conveying system. It is usually used for continuous and uniform supply of bulk weight not more than 2500kg/m from silos, funnels and other containers to transport machinery or containers ³ Block and granular materials. It is suitable for the precise, continuous and uniform feeding and proportioning of materials in metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry departments and mechanized casting workshops.
2. The working environment temperature of the equipment is - 40 ℃~+40 ℃, which is not suitable for conveying materials with poor fluidity.
3. The feed rate is not controlled by adjusting the circular speed and the depth of the scraper inserted into the material.
4. Three types of motors are selected: A represents Y series asynchronous motor; B Fat dropping YCT series electromagnetic speed regulating motor; C represents Z2 series DC motor, which is selected by users according to their needs.
5. There are three types of disc gaskets: G represents steel plate gasket; Mn represents manganese steel liner pad; S stands for cast stone liner.
