Purpose and characteristics

The linear vibrating screen uses the vibration of the vibrating motor as the source of vibration power, so that the material is thrown up on the screen, and moves forward in a straight line. The material evenly enters the feed inlet of the screening machine from the feeder, and generates several specifications of materials on the screen and under the screen through the multi-layer screen, which are discharged from their respective outlets. With low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully closed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, more suitable for assembly line operation.

working principle

The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrators. When the two vibrators rotate synchronously and reversely, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlaps into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is thrown on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line in a leaping manner, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used to realize automatic operation in the pipeline. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and completely closed structure without dust spillage. The maximum screening mesh number is 400, which can screen out 7 kinds of materials with different particle sizes
