Purpose and characteristics

This screen is mainly used for coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, dehydration, desliming, desliming, and graded slime recovery. It is more suitable for hydrocyclones and effective classification, desilting and dehydration of fine materials.
Main structural features
ZHS vibrating arc screen and fixed arc screen are fine material grading equipment. The main structure is composed of arc screen frame, stainless steel slotted screen surface, block eccentric shaft vibration exciter, frame and water tank. It has simple structure and convenient installation. It has strong adaptability to fine-grained minerals screening, and has little impact on the working performance of the screen when the ore feeding volume fluctuates in a large range, and is very easy to pass through the screen.

Ordering instructions

1. The vibrator motor of ZHS type vibrating arc screen is installed on the left and right sides, and the required position shall be specified when ordering
2. The foundation bolts are prepared by the user.
