working principle

On the top, the huge warehouse pressure is relieved by the funnel, and the dead weight of the downstream material and a small amount of warehouse pressure are borne by the ram and the closely arranged idlers below. The drive device drives the conveyor belt to move at a uniform speed through the drive drum to realize continuous and uniform feeding. If the material stuck on the belt cannot be unloaded automatically due to high water content, the belt cleaner under the drum shall be used to forcibly unload the material. The driving device is that after the motor changes the output speed through the reducer, the reducer drives the drive drum to work. The driving device, driving roller, reversing roller, idler and sweeper are fixed on the underframe. The underframe is installed on the side plate of the box through bolt connection. During overhaul, the gate can be closed and the materials in the silo can be sealed for convenient maintenance.
